Section 2 Term. A. This Agreement shall be for a one year term to begin on July 1, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), with the option of automatic renewals under the terms and conditions of the original contract for up to four (4) additional twelve month periods, unless either party gives written notification to the other party thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current term that they do not wish to renew.

Section 2 Term. The term of the Executive’s employment hereunder in the position referenced under Section 3 will begin as of July 1, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and will conclude on June 30, 2011 (the “Original Term”) subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 7 herein. At the sole discretion of the Company, the Agreement may be extended for an additional one (1) year term (the “Renewal Term”), by Company providing the Executive with written notice of such extension at least one-hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Extension Date. The Original Term and any Renewal Term, in their full duration, are herein referred to as the “Employment Terms.” The period of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement consisting of the Original Term and any Renewal Term, except as may be terminated early pursuant to Section 7, is herein referred to as the “Employment Period.”
Section 2 Term. Section 2 Term is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following provision:
Section 2 Term. A. Subject to the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement, the TOWN OF ACTON and the EMPLOYEE agree to modify the Initial Term established by the Third Amended and Restated Agreement as follows: Effective July 1, 2020, the TOWN OF ACTON agrees to employ and EMPLOYEE agrees to remain in the employ of the TOWN OF ACTON for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023 (the “Modified Term”), unless this Agreement is extended or terminated as provided below.
Section 2 Term. The term of this Lease (the “Term”) shall be twenty five (25) years, commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the twenty fifth (25th) anniversary of the Effective Date, unless otherwise terminated at an earlier date in accordance with the terms of this Lease. Provided that Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Tenant, upon mutual agreement with the Landowner, shall have the option to renew this Lease for an additional term of a length agreed upon by the Parties.
Section 2 Term. A. This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), and shall expire on December 31, 2019, unless renewed pursuant to Section 3.
Section 2 Term. The Term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for a period of one (1) year from January 1, 2020 and shall expire on December 31, 2020.
Section 2 Term. A. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter for the period described in the MSA (the “Initial Term”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to this Section. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year term unless a Party provides written notice of nonrenewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”). If the Term is renewed for one or more Renewal Term, the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions during each Renewal Term shall be the same as the terms and conditions in effect immediately prior to such renewal, subject to any change in fees in accordance with this Section. If either Party provides timely notice of nonrenewal, then these Terms and Conditions shall terminate on the expiration of the then-current Term, unless sooner terminated as provided in this Section, and the provisions of Section 3 shall apply.
