Section 2 Term. A. This Agreement shall be for a one year term to begin on July 1, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), with the option of automatic renewals under the terms and conditions of the original contract for up to four (4) additional twelve month periods, unless either party gives written notification to the other party thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current term that they do not wish to renew.

Section 2 Term. The term of the Executive’s employment hereunder in the position referenced under Section 3 will begin as of July 1, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and will conclude on June 30, 2011 (the “Original Term”) subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 7 herein. At the sole discretion of the Company, the Agreement may be extended for an additional one (1) year term (the “Renewal Term”), by Company providing the Executive with written notice of such extension at least one-hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Extension Date. The Original Term and any Renewal Term, in their full duration, are herein referred to as the “Employment Terms.” The period of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement consisting of the Original Term and any Renewal Term, except as may be terminated early pursuant to Section 7, is herein referred to as the “Employment Period.”
Section 2 Term. A. Subject to the provisions of Section 3 of this Agreement, the TOWN OF ACTON and the EMPLOYEE agree to modify the Initial Term established by the Second Amended and Restated Agreement as follows: Effective July 1, 2019, the TOWN OF ACTON agrees to employ and EMPLOYEE agrees to remain in the employ of the TOWN OF ACTON for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022 (the “Modified Term”), unless this Agreement is extended or terminated as provided below.
Section 2 Term. A. This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), and shall expire on August 1, 2016, unless renewed pursuant to Section 3.
Section 2 Term. The Term of the Agreement is hereby renewed for a period of one (1) year from January 1, 2019 and shall expire on December 31, 2019.
Section 2 Term. The term of this Lease (the “Term”) shall be twenty five (25) years, commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the twenty fifth (25th) anniversary of the Effective Date, unless otherwise terminated at an earlier date in accordance with the terms of this Lease. Provided that Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Tenant, upon mutual agreement with the Landowner, shall have the option to renew this Lease for an additional term of a length agreed upon by the Parties.
Section 2 Term. Section 2 of the Original Lease is amended to extend the Term, which is currently scheduled to expire on August 31, 2023, by two (2) full months. As extended, the Term shall expire on October 31, 2023. If Metro remains in possession of the Reduced Premises after the expiration or termination of the Lease, then in addition to the provisions of Section 11 of the Original Lease, any holdover by Metro shall be deemed to constitute an event of default entitling Lessor to exercise all of the remedies available to it upon the occurrence of an event of default, and Metro shall be liable for all damages, including consequential damages, that Lessor suffers as a result of the holdover.
