Section 1, Premises of the Lease is hereby amended to modify the definition of the Premises by adding the Building and the parcel of land located immediately south of and adjacent to the original Premises. The additional Premises is more particularly depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and is designated the “Expansion Premises”.
Section 1, Premises. Effective April 1, 2004, Section 1, Premises, of the Lease is deleted and replaced with the following: “Lessor does hereby lease to Lessee those certain Premises, to wit: approximately [*] square feet of office space located on the first floor in Suite 100 ([*] square feet) and on the twelfth floor in Suite 1200 ([*] square feet) as outlined on Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1, respectively, attached to this Fifth Lease Amendment (hereinafter called the “Premises”) being situated within the project known as the Metropolitan Park West Tower.” The useable square foot area of suite 100 is [*] square feet and the current load factor per 1996 BOMA is 3.42%. The useable area for suite 1200 is [*] useable square feet and the current load factor per 1996 BOMA is 10.36%.
Section 1, Premises. Effective March 1, 2001, Section 1, Premises, of the Lease is deleted and replaced with the following: "Lessor does hereby lease to Lessee those certain Premises, to wit: approximately 13,556 square feet of office space located on the first floor and on the twelfth floor as outlined on Exhibit A, attached hereto (hereinafter called "Premises") being situated within the Project known as Metropolitan Park West Tower."
Section 1, Premises. Section 1, Premises, of the Lease is hereby amended to increase the Premises' rentable square feet to 4,825, effective January 1, 1997.
Section 1, Premises a.) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Landlord hereby leases the Additional Premises to Tenant and Tenant leases said premises from Landlord.
Section 1, Premises. Landlord shall continue to lease to Tenant and Tenant shall continue to lease from Landlord the Original Leased Premises, in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Beginning on July 1, 1999 ("Expansion Date") and continuing through the extended Lease expiration date of June 30, 2004, the Landlord hereby also leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Expansion Area.
