Section 2.2. 35 The right to make reasonable rules and regulations shall be considered acknowledged functions of the 36 District. In procedures and practices, and matters of working conditions, the District shall give due regard 37 and consideration to the rights of the Association and the employees and to the obligations imposed by 38 this Agreement. Employees shall comply with all District policies and procedures adopted by the Board 39 of Directors.
