Section 3. Union Exclusivity. The Employer will not, during the life of this Agreement, meet and 2 confer or meet and negotiate with any individual employees or with any other employee 3 organization with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of the employees covered by 4 this Agreement except through the Union or its authorized representatives. The Employer will not 5 assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organization which seeks to bargain for 6 employees covered by this Agreement.
Section 3. Union Exclusivity. The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its Employees (who are in the classifications herein noted), either individually or collectively, that conflicts with any of the provisions of this Agreement.
