CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.

Section 3.3 11 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 12 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 13 District as hereinafter provided.
Section 303 The Primary Servicer may not waive late payment charges or Default Interest that the Master Servicer is permitted to waive under Section 3.03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement without the consent of the Master Servicer. The Primary Servicer shall forward to the Master Servicer a copy of all operating statements, income statements, budgets and rent rolls collected by the Primary Servicer within the timeframe set forth in Section 3.01(c)(27)

Section 3.4 26 Each employee reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained in this Agreement, 27 exclusive of compensation for services rendered, to appropriate officials of the Association.
Section 3.5 29 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 30 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a 31 disability with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 32 without danger to the health or safety of the disabled person or others.
Prior Notice The Parties agree that: 25.2.1.1 the Client may terminate this Agreement by giving not less than 30 days’ prior written notice to the Custodian; and 25.2.1.2 the Custodian may terminate this Agreement by giving not less than 270 days’ prior written notice to the Client.
Request for Notice Trustor hereby requests that a copy of any notice of default and that a copy of any notice of sale hereunder be mailed to it at the address set forth in the first paragraph of this Deed of Trust.
