Section 4.6. Bulletin Boards. 6 The District shall provide bulletin board space for the use of the Association. The bulletins posted by 7 the Association are the responsibility of the officials of the Association. Each bulletin shall be signed 8 by the Association official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be 9 posted. There shall be no other distribution or posting by employees or the Association of pamphlets, 10 advertising, political matters, notices of any kind, or literature on District property, other than herein 11 provided.
