Section 7.2.6. 5 of the California Code of Civil Procedure authorizes, under certain circumstances, a real estate-secured commercial lender to waive its lien against a parcel of “environmentally impaired” security (as therein defined) and xxx the borrower without foreclosing on the real property collateral for the loan.
Section 7.2.6. 47 Except as provided in the following section, any vacation credit currently due but unused by the 48 new accrual date each year may be carried over for one (1) year to a maximum of twenty-five (25) 1 days following the accrual date with the approval of the immediate supervisor and administration.
