Common use of Section 7.9.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.9.4. 9 Employees called back on a regular workday, or called on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) day, 10 shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate.

Section 7.9.4. 9 16 Employees called back on a regular workday, or called on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) day17 consecutive workday, 10 shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate.

Section 7.9.4. 9 20 Employees called back on a regular workday, workday or called on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) day21 consecutive workday, 10 shall receive no less than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate.
