Section 8.13.3. The long term substitute replacement for an employee on a leave of absence 29 (without pay and/or benefits) or State Industrial Compensation leave shall be entitled to the 30 rights and responsibilities of this Agreement commencing the day the employee on either 31 leave exhausts his/her other paid leave or after thirty (30) working days in the position of the 32 employee who is replaced, whichever date is later.
