Common use of Section 8.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2. 7 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of 8 one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base hourly rate.

Section 8.2. 7 24 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of 8 25 one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base hourly rate.

Section 8.2. 7 6 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of 8 7 one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base hourly rate.
