Section 9.8. Leave Review Panel. 2 When the District has reason to believe that an employee is utilizing excessive leave or misusing leave, 3 the Leave Review Panel may be convened by the District. 5 The panel shall be comprised of three Association members and three District administrators and/or 6 Board members. 8 No employee shall face disciplinary action for items which are brought to the Review Panel. 10 The panel shall review the records and documentation and interview the employee involved, unless the 11 employee elects in writing not to be interviewed. 13 The Review Panel shall arrive at one of the following conclusions:
