The Employer will furnish protective clothing and equipment in accordance with applicable standards established by the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs or Health and Human Services. The Employer reserves the right to require the use of such protective clothing and equipment. In the Department of Corrections, the issues of requiring, supplying, and training in the use of “gas masks”, as required by such safety standards, shall be subject to secondary negotiations.
