To the extent required under Applicable Law and to the extent it is reasonably practical for Lessee to do so, Lessee shall prepare and file in timely fashion, or, where such filing is required to be made by Lessor or it is otherwise not reasonably practical for Lessee to make such filing, Lessee shall prepare and deliver to Lessor (with a copy to the Agent) within a reasonable time prior to the date for filing and Lessor shall file, any material reports with respect to the condition or operation of such Leased Property that shall be required to be filed with any Governmental Authority.
