Plan Submission. The District may require the submission of a plan to remedy the deficiency. Upon the written request of the District, the School shall develop a plan to remedy the failure or deficiency and submit it to the District for review and comment. The plan may be revised at the discretion of the School. The District may require the School to review and revise the plan if it reasonably determines that the plan is not effective in remedying the deficiency. This remedy may be applied if the School fails (a) to make progress toward achieving its goals and objectives as described in this Contract after a reasonable period of time, (b) to achieve District accreditation requirements, (c) to implement its educational program as described in this Contract after a reasonable period of time, or (d) fails to complete two or more required reports by the established deadlines.
Plan Submission. Upon completion of construction of the Facility, or each seg- ment thereof, the Company shall provide as-built plans to the City in an electronic for- mat compatible with the City’s Geographic Information System.

Plan Submission. (1) Each regular faculty member shall submit to the respective Xxxx or designate a detailed curriculum and professional development plan. Each Faculty Council shall determine the appropriate due date for submission of curriculum and professional development plans within the Faculty.
(2) Professional development activities will be directly relevant to the role of the regular faculty member including:
(i) Studies;
(ii) Experience in business, industry, community service, government or other educational institutions;
(iii) Preparing/reviewing course material outside of normal curriculum maintenance as per Article 14.2(j);
(iv) Workshops and conferences (presenting or attending);
(v) Other curriculum development and professional development activities as agreed to between the Xxxx and the regular faculty member.
(3) Any change to the agreed-to plan must be made by mutual agreement with the Xxxx and faculty member.
(4) In the absence of a curriculum and professional development plan, the Xxxx has the ability to assign curriculum and professional development activities.
(5) Subject to operational needs and mutual agreement, a regular non-instructional faculty member and/or the Xxxx may request an alternate curriculum and professional development schedule.
Plan Submission. 2.3.1.1 After the Preliminary Plat has been approved the developer shall submit eight copies of the Construction Plans, an electronic copy as required by the Town, together with applicable fees, to Town Hall. All plans must be drawn to a scale of not less than one inch equals one hundred feet (1” = 100’).
2.3.1.2 If in the process of completing the Construction Plans, it becomes necessary to make major design changes to the Subdivision, the developer shall submit a revised Preliminary Plat to the Planning Commission for their review and approval. If minor changes to the approved Preliminary Plat are necessary, they will be identified in writing and on the presented Construction Plans. The Town Planner, Town Engineer, and designated town staff member together in agreement will determine if the proposed changes are considered minor. All other items will be considered major and require review by the Planning Commission.
2.3.1.3 Prior to Construction Plan approval, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) shall be submitted to the Town. No construction shall take place until after a SWPPP is received and construction plans are approved.
Plan Submission. CCG shall provide as-built plans to the City upon completion of construction of the Facility in an electronic format compatible with the City’s Geographic Information System within thirty (30) days of completion.
Plan Submission. Developer has submitted stamped, detailed Design Plans to Gypsum for approval as provided in this Agreement. Construction shall not begin without Gypsum’s approval of detailed Design Plans.
Plan Submission. Tenant's architect ("Tenant's Architect") shall prepare plans and specifications for Tenant's Work, which shall be subject to approval by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord's approval of the plans and specifications and changes thereto shall be determined on the basis of three respects only: (i) compliance with applicable laws and with the Declaration; and (ii) matters which Landlord reasonably believes would increase Landlord's structural maintenance costs over the Term and consistency with the mechanical, electrical and other systems in Landlord's Work; and (iii) consistency with the workmanship and materials specified in the Final Plans and Specifications. In all other respects, Tenant's Plans and Specifications shall be under the control of Tenant and Tenant's Architect. Upon approval, the plans and specifications shall be deemed "Tenant's Plans and Specifications" and shall be listed on EXHIBIT "E" , to be attached following such approval, which is anticipated to occur following the execution hereof. Tenant shall have the right to request or approve changes in the Tenant's Plans and Specifications based on conditions discovered on-site and arising in construction of Tenant's Work, changes as are necessary or advisable in order to suit the
