But understanding the value of sector thinking we work with all employers in our area to give them and our job seekers the best chance of making a connection. Eastern: Through the Region 1 & Region 5 partnerships, Eastern has established stronger ties to the Healthcare and Energy sectors. The regional partnerships have provided access to numerous employers who do business, or have staff, in Eastern’s defined area but may not have a physical location –this is especially true in the Energy Sector as many of the employers with the largest presence locally operate from out of state, or sometimes from out of country.
