Secure Transport. Secure Transport is a file transfer application based upon the Secure File Transfer Protocol standard that is designed to enable State Street clients/ investment managers to send file based transfer and transaction instructions over the internet. Secure Transport features multi-factor authenticators such as SecurID and digital certificates, and incorporates industry-standard encryption protocols. State Street receives an automated transmission or a magnetic tape from a Client for the initiation of payment (credit) or collection (debit) transactions through the ACH network. The transactions contained on each transmission or tape must be authenticated by the Client. Clients using ACH must select one or more of the following delivery options:

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to: • The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.); • The use of energy-star compliant equipment; • The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation; • The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and • Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.
