Security and Medical Monitoring Services. Client understands that ALLO phone service may not be compatible with certain security systems or medical monitoring alert devices. ALLO shall accept no responsibility for the performance of such devices and systems with our phone service. If Client intends to use ALLO phone service with a third party’s security or medical monitoring system or device, Client is responsible for making sure it works properly and for the cost of doing so. Client should contact its security or medical monitoring provider to determine whether ALLO phone service is compatible with its systems and to test the system’s operation.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that:

When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Paramedical Services Services of the following registered/certified practitioners up to the maximums shown on the "Summary of Benefits" pages:

  • LIMITATIONS OF COVERED MEDICAL SERVICES In order to be covered, the Member’s Attending Physician must specifically prescribe such services and such services must be consequent to treatment of the cleft lip or cleft palate.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
