DOE and DOE laboratories shall not permit any individual to have access to Safeguards Information, except in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 73.22 and NRC Management Directive 12.7. - Liability. It is understood that the unauthorized disclosure or the failure to properly safeguard Restricted Data, Formerly Restricted Data, or National Security Information that may come to the DOE or to any person under an NRC/DOE work order in connection with work under the work order may subject the performing organization, and its agents, employees, or subcontractors, to administrative sanctions and criminal liability under the laws of the United States. Except as otherwise authorized in writing by the Commission, DOE shall insert provisions similar to the foregoing in all subcontracts and purchase orders under this project or work order.

  • Assurance of Performance If at any time the COUNTY has good objective cause to believe CONTRACTOR may not be adequately performing its obligations under this Agreement or that CONTRACTOR may fail to complete the Services as required by this Agreement, COUNTY may request from CONTRACTOR prompt written assurances of performance and a written plan acceptable to COUNTY, to correct the observed deficiencies in CONTRACTOR’s performance. Manager may allow its employees who work at the Property and provide services to the Property after normal business hours, to reside at the Property for reduced rents (or rent fee as provided in the Operating Budget) in consideration of their benefit to Owner and the Property, provided such reduced rents are reflected in the Annual Business Plan.
