Security costs. If Port of Melbourne reasonably incurs costs as a result of complying with any Legislative Requirement in relation to a Vessel, including costs concerning the provision of security or security related services, the Owner shall be liable to reimburse Port of Melbourne such costs and those costs shall be recoverable by Port of Melbourne as a debt due and payable by the Owner within thirty (30) days of the date of the relevant invoice issued by Port of Melbourne.

Security costs. If it becomes necessary for security to be present at Cricket games/practices, the District will contract for the security and CHAI will be required to pay the actual cost for this service.

The expected Security Costs shall be included in the District’s annual budget, as provided in Section 4.7, but shall not exceed the Annual Security Account Deposit. If District Sales Tax Revenues are not sufficient to fund the Annual Security Account Deposit in any given year, such unfunded amount shall be paid in the next succeeding year when District Sales Tax Revenues are sufficient.

If notified by University, Licensee shall arrange and pay for adequate security for the event at the Facility, including general security for the Facility, for perimeter areas, and for the adjacent parking lots. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the University, all security personnel shall be provided through University of Michigan Department of Public Safety at Licensee's expense.
