Seizure; Attachment. The seizure of any material portion (as reasonably determined by Lender) of the Property; or the sequestration or attachment of, or levy or execution upon any of the Property, the Collateral or any other collateral provided by Grantor under any of the Loan Documents, or any material portion of the other assets of Grantor, other than a condemnation, which sequestration, attachment, levy or execution is not released or dismissed within sixty (60) days after its occurrence; or the sale of any assets effected pursuant to any of the foregoing (other than pursuant to a condemnation).

Seizure; Attachment. Any asset used to provide Services is seized, attached, or levied upon 1499 (other than a pre-judgment attachment) so as to substantially impair Contractor's ability to timely and 1500 fully perform Services, and which cannot be released, bonded, or otherwise lifted within forty-eight 1501 hours (48), excepting weekends and Holidays; 1502 (6) Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Liquidation. Contractor files a voluntary claim for debt relief under any 1503 applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, debtor relief, or other similar law now or hereafter in effect, or 1504 shall consent to the appointment of or taking of possession by a receiver, liquidator, Assignee (other 1505 than as a part of a transfer of assets no longer used to provide Services or backup Services), trustee 1506 (other than as security of an obligation under a deed of trust), custodian, sequestration, administrator 1507 (or similar official) of Contractor for any part of Contractor's operating assets or any substantial part of 1508 Contractor's property, or shall make any general Assignment for the benefit of Contractor's creditors, 1509 or shall fail generally to pay Contractor's debts as they become due or shall take any action in 1510 furtherance of any of the foregoing.
