Select Preferred Project Alternative. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will prepare matrix comparing two (2) build alternatives to select a preferred alternative. Geometric design, traffic operations impacts, design exceptions, environmental impacts, right of way impacts and other variables will be compared between the two (2) build alternatives. A PDT focus meeting will be held to discuss the evaluations and results. A memorandum will be prepared and sent to the PDT summarizing the findings of the comparisons for review and approval by the PDT. Upon agreement, the PDT will choose a Preferred Alternative. Deliverables:  Preferred Alternative Memorandum  Selection of Preferred Alternative  Attend one (1) PDT meeting
