Task Management and Meetings. It is anticipated that one (1) focus meeting will be scheduled with the CITY and CALTRANS. CONSULTANT will attend and participate in four (4) monthly PDT meetings and four (4) monthly City Trend meetings. It is assumed that developers will be invited to the monthly City Trend meetings, and that separate meetings outside the monthly PDT meetings or City Trend meetings are not anticipated.

Task Management and Meetings. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx key staff (as needed) will attend bi-weekly conference calls with the project team to discuss work progress, issues, budget constraints, upcoming PDT meetings, etc. It may also be necessary, at times, to meet with Caltrans technical staff to discuss technical issues outside the PDT meetings. A detailed project schedule will be maintained and include the progress of individual tasks and a status of deliverables. LSA will maintain a detailed project schedule that will include the progress of individual environmental tasks and a status of deliverables. LSA will conduct quality control and review of all the technical studies and EDs prepared as part of this scope of services based on LSA quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and Caltrans QA/QC procedures, including the five-step NEPA QC process. LSA will attend and participate in 24 monthly PDT meetings, 4 focused meetings with Caltrans, 12 City meetings, and 8 meetings with Highland Fairview Properties. The level of effort for this management and meetings task anticipates a 24-month project schedule.   • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Labor Management Meetings Section 1. To promote communication and problem resolution between the City and the membership of the union, the Human Resources Director, and other representatives determined appropriate by the City may meet quarterly with the Executive Officers of the Union and other representatives that would be useful to discuss or resolve current issues.
