Task Management and Meetings. It is anticipated that one (1) focus meeting will be scheduled with the CITY and CALTRANS. CONSULTANT will attend and participate in four (4) monthly PDT meetings and four (4) monthly City Trend meetings. It is assumed that developers will be invited to the monthly City Trend meetings, and that separate meetings outside the monthly PDT meetings or City Trend meetings are not anticipated.
Task Management and Meetings. LSA will maintain a detailed project schedule that will include the progress of individual environmental tasks and a status of deliverables. LSA will conduct quality control and review of all the technical studies and EDs prepared as part of this scope of services based on LSA quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and Caltrans QA/QC procedures, including the five-step NEPA QC process. LSA will attend and participate in 24 monthly PDT meetings, 4 focused meetings with Caltrans, 12 City meetings, and 8 meetings with Highland Fairview Properties. The level of effort for this management and meetings task anticipates a 24-month project schedule.
