Selection of Arbitrator. The Persons involved in any Dispute will attempt to select a single arbitrator by mutual agreement. If no such arbitrator is selected prior to the 10th business day after the related Arbitration Notice is given, then an arbitrator which is experienced in matters of the type which are the subject matter of the Dispute will be selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.
