Selection of Key Management Staff a) Executive Director: By law, the health center must select and directly employ an Executive Director (i.e., Chief Executive Officer). In some health centers, this position may be combined with that of Finance Director or Medical Director. No other entity can have the authority to select or dismiss the Executive Director. The individual who fills the Executive Director position is expected to work full-time for the health center.
