Temporary Nurse Any nurse who is employed for a specified period of time not to exceed three (3) months, or any nurse who is employed to fill positions because of any combination of leaves of absence, vacations, holidays, and sick leave for a period of time not to exceed six (6) months.
Temporary Appointments A) The Employer may make a temporary appointment, without posting, to a vacant position provided such position is one in which the former incumbent has terminated employment with the Employer. The temporary appointment shall not exceed thirty (30) work days, unless the Union and the Employer mutually agree to extend this time limit.
ALTERATION OF TERMS 13 This Agreement, including any Exhibit(s) attached hereto and 14 incorporated by reference, fully expresses all understandings of the parties 15 and is the total Agreement between the parties as to the subject matter of 16 this Agreement. No addition to, or alteration of, the terms of this 17 Agreement, whether written or verbal, by the parties, their officers, agents, 18 or employees, shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to 19 this Agreement which is formally approved and executed by both parties.
