Common use of Seminar-like Courses Clause in Contracts

Seminar-like Courses. For the first (1st) section or part thereof of seminar-like instruction whether within a laboratory or non-laboratory type course where the instructor is in direct interaction with students, such as small group discussions, clinical conferences, the faculty member shall be allotted one and one-third (1 1/3) hours of preparation time of each credit hour or its proration which that course contains.
