Seniority Accumulation During Leave of Absence. Seniority shall be retained and accumulated when a nurse is absent from work under the following conditions: (a) when on approved leave of absence with pay; (b) when in receipt of illness allowance; (c) when in receipt of WSIB (for up to twenty-four (24) months) as the result of injury or illness incurred while in the employment of the Employer; (d) when on an approved leave of absence without pay, not exceeding thirty
