Seniority Date and Qualifications. 14.1-1 In the event the District determines that the classified employee staff must be reduced, the "seniority" with Xxxxxx City School District shall determine the order in which members of the two classified bargaining units shall be reduced provided, however, that no employee shall be replaced by another employee not qualified (in the District's opinion) for such classification nor shall one employee replace another if the latter employee is at a higher salary range. An employee in one occupational series shall not "bump" an employee in another occupational series.
