Sick Leave Provisions 13.1 Definition Sick leave means the period of time an employee is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by virtue of being sick or disabled, or under medical treatment, or because of an accident for which compensation is not payable under the Workers' Compensation Act.
LEAVE GENERAL 17.01 When the employment of an employee who has been granted more vacation, sick or special leave with pay than he/she has earned is terminated, the employee shall be considered to have earned that amount of leave with pay granted to him/her provided that:

Other General Provisions 14.2.1 This Agreement shall inure to benefit and bind the parties hereto, their successors and assigns, but neither party may assign this Agreement without written consent of the other, except that Oracle may assign without consent to a related entity or the successor of all or substantially all of the assignor’s business or assets to which this Agreement relates.
