Seniority in More than One Class. If the unit member has seniority in more than one class or position of equal salary range, the unit member shall bump the overall least senior unit member. If the unit members of those two classes or positions have equal seniority the determination as to who shall be laid off will be made on the basis of greatest classified hire date (District) seniority or if that be equal the determination shall be made by the earliest date of employment with the district in any non-faculty, non-student capacity and if that be equal by lot under the supervision of the Office of Human Resources.
