Common use of Seniority Records Clause in Contracts

Seniority Records. 14.4.1 MCOE shall maintain a record for determining order of layoff which includes the hire date of each employee in a child development permit teacher position. Such record shall be made available to CSEA upon request. Employees may bring to MCOE’s attention any objection to their seniority record. Objections must be made within five (5) working days of the date MCOE makes the record available, to allow the MCOE time to review the record, and if necessary, correct any error contained therein. Otherwise, the seniority record shall be deemed to be correct.
