Off Shift Premium. 20.01 (a) A premium of thirty five (.35) cents per hour will be paid for the afternoon shift and premium of forty (.40) cents per hour for the midnight shift.
Off Shift Premium. All employees who commence work more than one hour prior to store opening, or end work more than one hour after store closing shall be paid an Off Shift Premium in the amount of fifty (50¢) cents per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked outside of said hours.
Off Shift Premium. Effective August 1, 2011, each Employee shall receive an off-shift premium of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for all hours worked on shifts commencing at 1:00 p.m. to 6:59 p.m., and seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked on shifts that commence after 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Off Shift Premium. Off-shift shall be defined as a shift where the majority of an employee’s scheduled hours fall between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The Company agrees to pay any employee working the Off-shift forty five cents (45¢) on January 1, 2021, fifty cents (50¢) on January 1, 2023, and fifty five cents (55¢) on January 1, 2025 per hour in addition to the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay, for all regularly scheduled hours worked, not to include overtime.
Off Shift Premium. A premium of ninety-five (95¢) cents per hour, On April 7, 2024 it will increase to one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour and on April 7, 2025 it will increase to one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour shall be paid for all hours worked on a shift commencing after 1:00 p.m. and no later than 4:00 a.m. in a day unless considered overtime.
Off Shift Premium. Off-shift premium pay shall be paid for hours worked on shifts that start between 1:00 pm and 3:59 am) at the rate of fifty cents ($.50) per hour.
Off Shift Premium. Employees required to work their hours between 5 p.m. and midnight (0:00), Monday through Friday inclusive, shall be paid a premium of twenty-five (25¢) cents for all such hours or portion of an hour worked. Off shift premium shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Off Shift Premium. Off shift shall be defined as a shift where the majority of an employee’s scheduled hours fall between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The Employer agrees to pay any employee working the off shift fifty-five (55¢) cents per hour in addition to the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay. The increase to fifty-five (55¢) cents per hour shall be effective on the date of ratification. Effective February 1, 2022 the premium will increase to sixty (60¢) cents per hour.
Off Shift Premium. A premium of ninety-five (95¢) cents per hour shall be paid for all hours worked on a shift commencing after 1:00 p.m. and no later than 4:00 a.m. in a day unless considered overtime.
Off Shift Premium. Employees working on other than the regular day shift will receive for time worked on such shifts, off-shift premium pay of fifty (50¢) cents per hour afternoon shift and fifty (50¢) cents - per hour night shift in addition to their regular pay, providing that the majority of the allocated working hours fall outside the limits of the regular day shift.
