Sensitive Populations. There are four schools located in San Luis, Arizona. The San Xxxx Preschool serves 76 children in two daily shifts. Rio Colorado Elementary serves 683 students, Arizona Desert Elementary serves 835 students, and San Xxxx Middle School serves 705 students. Most schools operate from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additionally, Arizona Western College operates a campus in San Xxxx that serves 1822 students. All schools in San Xxxx are located along Highway 95, the major transportation corridor to and from the border. A senior center and clinic are also located along Highway 95, near the San Xxxx Community Center at Xxxx Xxxxxxx Boulevard. A large number of mobile home parks are also located in San Xxxx. Mobile home residents may be more vulnerable to environmental releases that those who live in more traditional dwellings. Sensitive Populations. The education system in the city of San Xxxx Río Colorado provides schooling to 20,657 students in 79 institutions, from preschool to college. The city’s 1,309 teachers staff 38 preschool, 33 primary schools, 10 middle schools, six preparatory schools and two universities. They are clustered around the northwestern corner of the city, near several maquiladoras but away from the industrial park.
Sensitive Populations. In the City of Naco, Sonora, there are six schools, eight recreational and park areas, and 13 religious centers throughout the city. The elementary school located on Avenida Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx St. and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx St. may be the most vulnerable to environmental releases due to the proximity to the Liquid Propane Gas Station. Refer to Appendix C for a listing of Sensitive Populations and Vulnerable Areas.
Sensitive Populations. Due to its proximity to the international border and its population concentration, the entire population of Naco, Arizona is vulnerable to a chemical incident from a fixed facility or transportation-related incident. The Naco School District has an elementary school, which serves grades kindergarten through eighth grade. The school is at full capacity, serving approximately 280 students. At this time, high school students attend school in the Bisbee School District. Other sensitive populations include local churches. See Appendix C for more information.

  • Sensitive data Where the transfer involves personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, or data relating to criminal convictions and offences (hereinafter ‘sensitive data’), the data importer shall apply the specific restrictions and/or additional safeguards described in Annex I.B.

  • Handling Sensitive Personal Information and Breach Notification A. As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must use appropriate safeguards to protect this sensitive personal information. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard. B. Contractor must notify HHSC of any confirmed or suspected unauthorized acquisition, access, use or disclosure of sensitive personal information related to this Contract, including any breach of system security, as section 521.053 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must submit a written report to HHSC as soon as possible but no later than 10 business days after discovering the unauthorized acquisition, access, use or disclosure. The written report must identify everyone whose sensitive personal information has been or is reasonably believed to have been compromised. C. Contractor must either disclose the unauthorized acquisition, access, use or disclosure to everyone whose sensitive personal information has been or is reasonably believed to have been compromised or pay the expenses associated with HHSC doing the disclosure if: 1. Contractor experiences a breach of system security involving information owned by HHSC for which disclosure or notification is required under section 521.053 of the Business and Commerce Code; or 2. Contractor experiences a breach of unsecured protected health information, as 45 C.F.R. §164.402 defines that phrase, and HHSC becomes responsible for doing the notification required by 45 C.F.R. §164.404. HHSC may, at its discretion, waive Contractor's payment of expenses associated with HHSC doing the disclosure.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Safety Measures Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
