Separate Contracts Planning. (1) The Construction Manager shall review the design with the Architect Engineer and make recommendations to the Owner and to the Architect-Engineer with respect to dividing the work in such manner as will permit the Construction Manager to take bids and award separate construction sub- contracts on the current schedule while the design is being completed.
