Separate Contracts Planning. The Construction Manager shall review the design with the Architect/Engineer and make recommendations to the Owner and Architect/Engineer with respect to dividing the work in such a manner as will permit the Construction Manager to take bids and award separate construction sub-contracts on the current schedule while the design is being completed.
