SEPARATE KEEPLOCK UNITS. DOCCS will create two new Keeplock Units with a combined capacity of 175 inmates at Fishkill Correctional Facility (“Fishkill”) (75 beds) and Five Points Correctional Facility (“Five Points”) (100 beds) intended for inmates serving Keeplock sanctions in excess of 45 days. The target population is 175 inmates statewide.
