SERIAL KEY. Notwithstanding anything in this XXXX to the contrary, along with Your license, You will be issued a unique serial number (the “Serial Key”) for the activation of the SOFTWARE. The Serial Number is subject to the restrictions set forth in this XXXX and may not be disclosed or distributed either with Your Developed Software or in any other way. The disclosure or distribution of the Serial Number constitutes a breach of this XXXX, the effect of which shall be the immediate termination and revocation of all the rights granted herein.

  • Vendor Registration In order to complete any transaction between a Customer and the Contractor, the Contractor must be registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace.

  • Notice of Cancellation Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to City.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2023. By no later than 30 June 2022 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act.
