SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITION OF CERTAIN FAMILY MEMBERS. Each employee shall be allowed to use up to five (5) days sick leave allowance, or if the employee does not have five (5) days of sick leave, an employee may take an unpaid leave of absence for up to a total of five (5) days of paid and unpaid combined because of the serious health condition of the employee's grandparent, parent, sibling, spouse, child, grandchild, anyone of like relationship by marriage, or on a case by case analysis of an undefined relationship.
