Exhaustion of Accumulated Days. Before utilization of Sick Leave Bank days, a Sick Leave Bank member must exhaust all accumulated days. After exhaustion of the member's accumulated days, a member shall be entitled to apply for an allocation of days from the Sick Leave Bank. A maximum of one hundred twenty (120) days shall be allowed for any single incident of long-term incapacitation from illness or injury.
