Server Management Service Type Sample Clauses

The Server Management Service Type clause defines the specific category or scope of server management services that a provider will deliver under the agreement. It typically outlines whether the services include tasks such as server monitoring, maintenance, updates, security management, or backup operations, and may distinguish between managed, co-managed, or self-managed service models. By clearly specifying the type of server management provided, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of service expectations and helps prevent disputes over the responsibilities and deliverables involved.
