Post-Stabilization Services The PH-MCO must cover Post-Stabilization Services, as defined in 42 C.F.R. §438.114. The PH-MCO must limit charges to Members for Post-Stabilization Services to an amount no greater than what the PH-MCO would charge the Member if he or she had obtained the services through a Network Provider. The PH-MCO must cover Post-Stabilization Services without authorization, and regardless of whether the Member obtains the services within or outside its Provider Network if any of the following situations exist:
Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.
Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
