Service Agreement Renewal. This Service Agreement will automatically renew at the end of the agreed period as stated on page 1 of this Service Agreement unless either party gives 14 days’ notice or 60 days’ notice for Supported Independent Living in writing that they wish to terminate the Service Agreement for any reason. This Service Agreement if not terminated by either party will roll over until a new agreement is signed.

Service Agreement Renewal. This Service Agreement may be renewed for continuous one (1) year terms at the then prevailing renewal rate. The request for renewal must be made at least thirty (30) days of one thousand (1,000) miles prior to the expiration or this Service Agreement to qualify for a replacement Service Agreement. The Vehicle must meet the current underwriting criteria relating to Vehicle and Coverage eligibility. Contact the Administrator for details, including rates and inspection requirements.

Service Agreement Renewal. The Customer acknowledges, and agrees, that this Service Agreement is a monthly, bi-annual, annual or other agreed duration, and shall automatically renew each month, bi-annually, annually or other agreed duration unless either party requests a change to the Agreement or its termination at least 30 days in advance of its renewal date. Network Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to the New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed Transmission Project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Transmission Interconnection Standard.
