Common use of Service and Repairs Clause in Contracts

Service and Repairs. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain our cable system and respond to service calls in a timely manner. We will repair damage to Equipment, or interruption of Service, due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to Equipment caused by misuse, insect infestation, spillage, or neglect is Company’s sole responsibility and Company must pay us for the cost of repair or replacement.
