Service and Repairs. VIBRANT will make reasonable efforts to maintain system and respond to service calls in a timely manner. VIBRANT will repair Equipment damaged due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to Equipment caused by intentional or negligent misuse is Customer’s sole responsibility. Customer is responsible to pay cost of repair or replacement.
