SERVICE BENEFITS. A. Employees who are eligible for the 403B Plan noted in 17.4, upon retirement, shall also be eligible for the service benefits noted in this §17.6, provided they provide the District with notice of their retirement on or before November 15 of the school year in which they will retire. B. Employees shall receive payments which are based on the longevity schedule noted below:
