Service Commission. ADG Energy shall receive a [****] commission on the first years’ service cost for all new service sales it sells to end customers based on the prices presented in (i) above (par). ADG Energy and Tecogen will share [****] on the first year’s profit for amounts above par. No commission will be paid if sales prices are below par. Tecogen shall approve all end customer service agreements.
Service Commission. ADG Energy shall receive Service Commissions as defined in and in accordance with Exhibit A.
Service Commission. USD for every pick-up product made by member Associates at his business office, and earn 3.0 USD for every successful home delivery dispatched service made within the class of jurisdiction. Potential earning: If your sales generate 1,000 Pick-Up in a week, 2.0 USD shall be multiplied by 1,000 = 2000 USD, and 3000 USD if applied to home delivery dispatched.
Service Commission. Service Commission on individual life and health insurance products and annuity contracts is a continuing payment to compensate a licensed agent of record for service to a BMO Insurance policy owner on BMO Insurance insurance products for meeting their future needs.
Service Commission. For its non-financial services, as stated above in article 1.1, the AR Facility Provider shall receive a commission calculated on the basis of the amount, including tax, of the assigned invoices. The amount of such commission, as an annual minimum, is set out in the Specific Conditions. The total amount of Service Commission received during a calendar year shall not, in any event, be less than the minimum annual amount. At the beginning of the second calendar half-year, the AR Facility Provider may if appropriate withdraw, by way of provision, the difference between the total amount of Service Commissions charged since the beginning of the year and half of the minimum annual amount. In case of of termination of the Contract by reason of the AR Facility Provider’s decision, the minimum amount as referred to above, shall only be paid with respect to the then current six-month period at the termination of the notice period. In all other cases of termination of the Contract without prior notice or termination of the Contract on the Originator’s decision, , the annual minimum amount shall be immediately due and payable upon notification of termination of the Contract.
Service Commission. Such commission shall be 0.10% (excl. VAT) of the amount (incl. VAT) of the assigned receivables. The Service Commission Minimum Annual Amount shall be €250,000 (excl. VAT). This amount will be appreciated taking in consideration the cumulative amount of the Service Commissions paid pursuant to Quiksilver AR Financing Facilities. By exception to Article 10-3, the Service Commission Minimum Annual Amount will be calculated prorata temporis.
Service Commission. For all of the services supplied under Section 3(a)(2) of this Agreement, UCC shall pay a commission to DHR LLC, which shall be calculated as follows:
(A) 0.65 cents per pound ($6.50 per thousand pounds) of ethylene and propylene consumed by UCC at the Major Sites; plus
Service Commission. 1. A shall pay B service commission (hereinafter referred to as the special commission) provided in attachment in consideration for service agreement.
2. A shall make a deposit into the bank account selected by B using the site provided in attachment. A shall pay bank commission.
3. A may instruct B articles above and details provided in this article by attachment.
Service Commission. Service Commission means the amount equal to the below mentioned percentage of sales proceeds of goods & services sold via E-Commerce marketplace platform. All the Service Commission/fees mentioned in this agreement are exclusive of VAT. Marketplace Service Commission remains fixed by category until and unless the same is revised by UNION COOP. Upon revision of the Commission the same will be notified in advance or at same time to the Vendor.
Service Commission. CGA shall receive, monthly, a service commission (excluding tax) of EUR 6 700. Such amount shall be due and payable at the beginning of each month.
