Insurance Products means any product provided by an insurer or service contract provider in its insurance or warranty business whereby such insurer or service contract provider undertakes to pay or indemnify another as to loss from certain specified contingencies or perils called “risks” or to pay or grant a specified amount or determinable benefit in connection with ascertainable risk contingencies or to act as a surety, including, without limitation, reinsurance agreements, reinsurance treaties, reinsurance pools, property and casualty insurance products, accident and health insurance products, life insurance products, surety bonds, specialty risk insurance programs, warranty programs, insurance loss portfolio transfers and any other insurance or reinsurance product related to the acceptance of risk or commitment to pay or indemnify another for specific types of losses.
Insurance Products means insurance policies issued by Local ICAs for individuals and businesses, including, but not limited to, personal accident, health and travel insurance policies.

  • It is hereby expressly agreed that the Owner shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or responsible for the said Insurance Products and any claim(s) of the Hirer therein.

More Definitions of Insurance Products

Insurance Products means all short-term medical insurance, limited indemnity plans, group insurance plans, and all other insurance and ancillary products (e.g. prescription benefit, tele-medicine, or pet insurance) sold by or through Company and Company Related Parties either directly, indirectly, or through their distribution network and shall include, without limitation, all products in which Company and/or Company Related Parties contract with carriers, providers or other entities for the sale to the general public.
Insurance Products means any life insurance, annuity, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, accident insurance, property insurance, casualty insurance, and any other insurance or related product which TWFG has a Carrier(s) and/or a market for purposes of sales by BRANCH.
Insurance Products means any of the insurance coverage underwritten in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Insurance Products means (a) any of the health insurance coverage underwritten or reinsured in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on a traditional indemnity basis or as part of a PPO health benefit plan or product, (b) any indemnity life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, dental or other insurance coverages underwritten or reinsured in whole or in part by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (c) any discount or preferred price arrangement included as part of a Contract offered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to products or services provided by third parties and (d) any stop-loss coverage or other insurance offered, underwritten or reinsured by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Insurance Products means any insurance, indemnity, annuity or similar products by which one undertakes to indemnify another as to loss from certain specified contingencies or perils, to pay or grant a specified amount or determinable benefit or annuity in connection with certain specified contingencies or perils or to act as a surety.
Insurance Products refers to those insurance products for which we have been authorized to solicit applications by the Carriers, as are reflected on any Commission Schedule. “You” and “your” refers to the person or entity who has executed this Contract. If you are an agency or a business entity, you act only through your agents, employees, or representatives. Any provisions that apply to a natural person will apply to those agents, employees, and representatives through which you act.
