Service Plan 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:

Employee and Family Assistance Plan The CODC PRO Care Plan is an industry-funded employee and family assistance plan for employees and their eligible family members according to the participation of sponsoring organizations and employers as well as Plan eligibility rules. Employees must be enrolled in the Plan by their employer to become eligible for Plan benefits, subject to the Plan eligibility rules. An individual employee cannot self-enroll in the Plan. Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel It is understood and agreed that there are times when non-bargaining unit employees may be required to perform work customarily performed by bargaining unit employees. It is also understood that Supervisors and others will be required to work with tools only to meet requirements under the conditions listed below. Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

Government and Service Employees' Union The leave shall be for a period of three years and shall be renewed upon request.
