Common use of Service Limitations Clause in Contracts

Service Limitations. 3.18 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that there may be technical or geographical limitations which restrict or prevent installation and/or provision of the Services, some of which may not be identified until the Services have been installed, and the Supplier shall notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable of any limitations affecting the provision of the Services or inability to provide the Service, the performance of the Services and its effect on other services or Equipment.
