Service Order Charge. The Party receiving the LSR will bill the Service Order charge set forth in Table 1 for each LSR received. The Party will bill the Service Order charge for a LSR, regardless of whether that LSR is later supplemented, clarified or cancelled. The receiving Party will also bill an additional Service Order charge for supplements to any LSR submitted to clarify, correct, change or cancel a previously submitted LSR.
